The pictured design uses a long single-row tray and a tall side header to present round snack tubs. We can develop the footprint, header, front wall and product arrangement around your own retail pack. Printed displays can be used for packaged snacks, chocolate, candy and energy bars, with the structure adapted to the product rather than assuming one box fits every format.
For snack tubs, provide the widest outside diameter, lid overhang, total height and filled weight. For wrapped bars, provide the finished wrapper dimensions including sealed ends. Tell us the number of units per display, whether they stand upright or lie flat, and the counter space available. These details determine tray depth, wall height, internal clearance and any dividers. A sample loaded with your real products is the best way to check access and presentation before production.
A side header can work with a narrow single-row tray like the sample, while a rear header provides a wider branding panel for bar displays. Header size and shape are customized within the limits of the selected board and supporting tabs. Keep the logo and product name visible when the display is fully stocked and when only a few items remain. Front panels can include flavor identifiers or a retailer-approved price area; final artwork is supplied and approved for your market.
The Side-Header Counter Tray suits a single row of small tubs or similar packs. A Pop-Up Header Display Box uses its folding lid as a display panel. A Two-Tier Counter Display provides stepped product presentation within a compact counter unit. A Tear-Away Display Carton can be developed to convert from a closed pack to an open display. Each image is an original design concept. Capacity, packed shipping suitability and the opening action must be confirmed with a project-specific sample.
Printed white paperboard is an option for light products and compact displays; 350–400 gsm can be reviewed as a starting range rather than a universal specification. E-flute corrugated board can be assessed for a larger footprint or higher filled weight. Board grade, fold direction, base construction and header reinforcement are quoted together. Die-cut paperboard dividers or support inserts can help separate tubs and keep rows organized. We select the final material after reviewing dimensions, load and assembly requirements.
Use your own logo, color system and original artwork on the front, side walls and header. CMYK printing supports detailed illustrations and multiple flavors; Pantone colors can be discussed for brand matching. Matte or gloss finishing, selected foil details, embossing or spot UV can be quoted where they suit the board and structure. Keep small text away from creases, perforations and glue areas. A printed sample is recommended when exact visual appearance is critical.
Discuss whether the display should arrive flat, pre-glued or assembled. Flat-pack designs may reduce empty-pack volume, but they need a practical folding and loading process. Confirm that staff can erect the display, lock the base, position the header and refill it without damaging the structure. For a tear-away version, check that removal is clean and does not weaken the product-holding tray. A retail display does not automatically replace an outer transport carton.

If the display will ship filled, test the complete loaded pack with its intended transport packaging.
