Window Button-Lock Drawer Box

A long window in the outer sleeve reveals the insert area while the orange tray slides out after the release is operated. Position the window and button together so there is enough board around each opening. A fitted insert can support a slim item without making its label difficult to see.

Opaque Button-Lock Drawer Box

A closed-panel sleeve provides more uninterrupted space for printed information and artwork. The button position and release clearance are developed as part of the construction. Select this format when a viewing window is not needed; it remains a sample-dependent mechanism rather than an automatic safety certification.

Standard Sleeve and Drawer Box

The standard sliding version removes the button mechanism and uses a sleeve with a fitted inner tray. It offers a simpler construction to compare for projects that do not require a locking feature. Insert material and friction fit are reviewed together to keep loading and opening practical.

Hang Tab Window Carton

A folding carton with an extended hanging header is an alternative for peg-hook retail display. A window can show the empty insert area or the packed item after filling. This is a separate carton format: the current drawer sample should not be assumed to include a hanging tab. Confirm tab strength, Euro slot dimensions and retail clearance before approving the structure.

Size the Insert Around the Actual Item

For 0.5 mL and 1 mL format packaging projects, volume descriptions are only a starting reference. The 510 connection does not determine body diameter, total length or mouthpiece profile. Provide the maximum length and width, the shape of the top, and the area that may touch the insert. A sample is preferable when several hardware shapes share one product line.

We use these measurements to plan the cavity, insert depth and box internal dimensions. Ask us to check loading clearance, finger access for removal and the distance between the insert and window. A close fit should support the item without excessive pressure or difficult removal.

Paperboard, EVA and Paper Insert Options

A paper-wrapped rigid board construction can support the sleeve and drawer, while the chosen surface paper carries the printed design. The material grade depends on size, span and mechanism. We confirm board construction during quotation instead of assigning the same paper weight to every version.

EVA or foam can provide a defined cavity similar to the pictured sample. A folded paperboard insert offers an alternative construction when an all-paper support is preferred. Compare fit, presentation, assembly time and material separation before choosing. Film windows, foam and plastic release components affect how the finished package should be sorted for recycling; paper construction alone does not make the complete pack biodegradable.

Logo Printing and Surface Finishes

Keep the black-and-orange appearance or supply your own colors and artwork. Options include CMYK printing, Pantone spot colors, matte or soft-touch surfaces, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and selected spot UV. Use foil on a small logo or line detail, and reserve a clear area for your own product information.

Artwork review checks small lettering, folds, glue areas, window boundaries and the release opening. A sample helps evaluate how dark inks, foil and textured paper appear together. For repeat orders, retain the approved construction, material specifications and color reference.

Button Mechanism and Sample Review

A button drawer needs more than an attractive exterior. Check that the release aligns with the sleeve opening, the tray moves consistently and the insert does not obstruct the mechanism. These checks concern construction and usability. They do not establish compliance with a child-resistant packaging standard.

If your project calls for tested performance, specify that requirement at the beginning. Request documentation for the complete pack and intended configuration before making any claim. Neither a windowless sleeve nor a button alone proves child-resistant performance.

Will one box fit both 0.5 mL and 1 mL formats?

Not automatically. Capacity and a 510 connection do not specify the overall length, diameter or mouthpiece shape. Send the actual item measurements or a sample. We develop the cavity and internal clearance around the item you intend to pack.

Is the button-lock drawer certified child-resistant?

A button release alone does not establish child-resistant performance. This page describes a packaging construction, not a test certificate. If your project requires a tested pack, identify the destination and required standard before ordering. The complete construction and its documentation must be reviewed.

Can you add a viewing window to the sleeve?
