Give small cartridges a secure, clearly presented retail package with custom cartridge packaging boxes from NEXA Packaging. This design combines a printed outer package, a viewing window and a shaped insert. The window reveals the product while the insert helps limit movement inside the box. We supply empty packaging; cartridges and consumable products are not included.
Each order is developed around your cartridge length, widest diameter, mouthpiece profile and protective caps. A 0.5ml or 1ml capacity label alone is insufficient to determine the box dimensions. Send a measured drawing or physical sample so we can recommend a suitable insert cavity and opening clearance.
Choose a window position that reveals the feature buyers need to see without cutting through essential branding panels. An open die-cut window or a film-covered window can be reviewed during structural development. For a covered window, confirm the film specification and assembly method with the quotation.
Custom foam inserts, including EVA options, and die-cut paperboard inserts are available for different presentation and handling requirements. A paperboard insert can create a coordinated printed interior; a foam insert can be cut around the cartridge profile. Confirm the material, cavity depth and fit using an approved sample. The package should also be tested inside its intended shipping carton before a bulk rollout.
For the rigid sleeve-and-tray version, the existing material specification is 157 gsm coated art paper wrapped over 1000 gsm greyboard. Board thickness and insert density can be reviewed for your cartridge dimensions. The folding carton alternative uses paperboard selected for the approved dieline.
Use CMYK artwork for detailed graphics or discuss Pantone color matching for brand colors. Matte or gloss lamination, foil stamping, spot UV, embossing and debossing can be specified according to the selected paper and structure. Black and deep green artwork with restrained yellow or metallic accents can follow the visual direction of the sample while using your own original branding.
Provide vector logos, linked images and print-ready artwork where available. Small text, foil areas, window edges and fold lines should be checked against the final dieline. Approve the physical sample when color, texture or insert fit is critical.
