The reference size is 3 × 7.2 inches, approximately 76.2 × 182.9 mm. Treat this as a listed outer-size reference, not a guaranteed usable cavity. Side seals, bottom seal, zipper position and the top sealing allowance reduce the space available inside. Send the length, widest diameter, quantity of items per pouch and any protective sleeve dimensions so we can check the final drawing and sample. Capacity is confirmed by physical fit rather than a generic product-size claim.
An opaque white pouch can provide a neutral background for your logo, color system and product information. Full-color artwork, spot colors and the required white coverage are reviewed with the selected print process and film. Confirm whether both sides need printing, where a barcode or batch area belongs, and how much of the top panel is reserved for sealing. Matte or gloss appearance and selective visual effects can be discussed without assuming every film or print method supports the same finish.
Mylar bags is a common buying term for laminated flexible pouches, but it does not identify the complete material structure of this item. Specify the polymer layers, thickness and barrier requirements when requesting a quotation. Specify the intended use and required opacity so the quotation can define the laminate and total thickness. If moisture, oxygen or odor containment is important, request the relevant specification and evidence for the finished package. No universal airtight, smell-proof, shelf-life or environmental claim is made here.
A resealable zipper lets the pouch be reclosed after opening. If a separate top heat seal is required, allow adequate material above the zipper and confirm the compatible sealing conditions with the chosen film. Tear notches can help open that sealed margin. The zipper and the top seal serve different roles, and a reclosable pouch should not automatically be treated as a tested tamper-evident or child-resistant package. Check a filled sample and the required closure specification before ordering.
Child-resistant closure is a project-specific requirement. If that feature is required, request the available documentation for the exact pouch construction, size and closure. Opening instructions must correspond to that approved closure. The existing reference images and new design concepts do not establish certification, and an ordinary zipper is not evidence of tested child-resistant performance.
The four original design concepts illustrate an Opaque White Flat Zipper Pouch, White Window Zipper Pouch, Hang-Hole Flat Pouch and White Stand-Up Zipper Pouch. A lay-flat pouch suits a slim packing format; a window changes product visibility and opacity; a hang hole adds a display header; and a bottom gusset creates a standing base. These options require their own drawing and quotation. The gusseted and hanging versions should not be assumed to share the reference size or capacity of the original flat bag.
